These are a nice choice for a bralette for those who are “well endowed”. I would say that I wear between an XL and XXL traditionally, depending on cut of the shirt. I also am a 40H generally in bras. The XXL is a great fit. Love the cross back for not only a fun detail but also to distribute weight not directly on my shoulders like some other bralettes that I have. I do not think that if you are larger on top, that these would work for any sort of exercise that would cause bouncing. Light workouts and stretching/yoga, might be fine in these.
