For reference, I’m 5’9, size 14-16 and about 205…carrying about 20-30 pounds of weight that needs to come off.In the past I was a 36-38 C/D, natural. Because I had shoulder surgery, my back is larger and I decided to go with a 40D.Around the back I have plenty of room! No digging or rolls. Same under the arms on the sides. No side boob. Pretty decent lift and good support on the shoulders. Flattering and full coverage. I’m no longer lifting my breasts up manually…which had gotten so bad I didn’t realize I was doing it so often!All good things EXCEPT…the side boning support (and most likely the cup under”wire” are cheap plastic. I know this because I bought 4 of these bras and I’ve exchanged 2 due to the side plastic busting through and it happened on a third and I just sewed it back in.I literally love this design so much, and the price is excellent, so I might even buy some better boning and just sew it in there next time it pops out.Anyways, hope this helps. My skin is very sensitive to tags and seams on garments and they are irritating. If the exposed seams could be smoothed out with a satin layer it could alleviate the irritation for those of us with sensitivity. Otherwise, this bra fits exceptionally well.No complaints at all about this bra except I wish they made the same exact bra in a no lace/smooth cup style. I wear a lot of lightweight silky tops and the lace looks lumpy so I have to wear this only when wearing a thicker/stiffer top. It's such a beautiful and comfortable bra I've already bought another one in Navy, just wish they had a smooth one too!I like the bra but the boning on the side is really uncomfortable. I removed it and now it feels great!I’m fairly large chested and this bra just didn’t work. I wanted it to! It was stretchy and cute, but the lack of underwire just didn’t work for containing my large ladies….Great bra, great support.Loved the neutral color & fits well.Love the look of this bra. The lace is a bit scratchy but I'm sensitive, and hope some fabric softener will help. Overall a nice departure front the plain Tshirt style wireless bra. That said, the other reviews are spot on, there is any unfortunate piece of plastic "wiring" one the underarm sides. I cut it out and seems to be better.Excellent bra. Comfortable and good value.This is a very pretty bra, but that is the only positive I have to say. I only wanted the bra because of it being adjustable to different shirts. I usually get a 38 D, but this bra fits small, more like a 36 band. the band is very wide. I had to remove the boning on the sides because they dug into my skin and bent. I guess because I am short? I also had to tack down the bra cups to the lace because it always bunches and make your boobs look lumpy. I usually return items, but I had already did some adjustments. Don't bother with this bra.I'm a 36B and my problem with bras is I get this gap at the top of my breast. I bought one in beige, white and black. It's so hard for me to find a proper fitting bra, but this has been the closest yet! Feels like I'm hardly wearing a bra. The material is soft, the lace is stretchy, the straps don't dig. I love the wide band that doesn't roll up, and the foam cups are enough to give a nice shape so that I look more natural, which is what I prefer. Pretty and comfy! Can't go wrong with that!I did order three of these. Very disappointed in the size. Following the chart, ordered my “true to size”. Couldn’t even get them on properly. I might try to order again because they were well made.
