The flavor is good, but I was expecting more from something labeled "Extra Bold".I was looking for something that would fill an 8oz mug and maintain a strong flavor. This fell short. You can use less water and get a stronger flavor, but that is not what I was looking for.I love Newman's Own blends, organic, great-tasting, full-flavored without the harshness. I never would have bought a Keurig brewer because the K-cups are expensive, but I got a free one so I am always seeking out deals on K-cups. Newman's Own is one of my favorites but can be $16 for an 18-pack, close to $1 a cup!! This was a deal I couldn't pass up. Delivery was fast, and the product is just what I expected.I tend to like coffee on the bold side and this one did not disappoint. Even at a full cup there was no flavour loss. It was a nice strong departure from the k-cups usually available at my job's break room.Having been introduced to Newman's Own brand products many years ago by my wife, I have continued to chose them whenever I have the opportunity. She is still right in her choices, and I am the better for it.PatWhen I want a single serving of coffee, I make this brand of coffee. I ALWAYS purchase Newman's Own in many products I use in my kitchen. It is a "second-hand" way I can take part in charitable donations. And it is a DELICIOUS cup of coffee.Coffee is great, I received mine a plain cardboard box and not the retail type box.My absolute favorite - go to coffee for my Kureig - I always keep this in the house, and always buy when it's on sale! Plus how can you resist Newman's Own policy of giving the profits to charity - its a win-win situation!I'd climb a mountain to get this Newmans with the maroon top. That's what I ordered. I got the gold top coffee which is not nearly as good as this. I would try another order but I'm afraid I'll get 3 more boxes of the gold that I don't want. What is the trick to getting the correct product?
