Fill it 1/2 way for cupcakes or higher for muffins. Place on a cookie sheet leaving 1-2 inches between for airflow for proper baking. Bake in oven Bake in oven as recipe calls up to 375 degrees. Check for doneness and let it cool. To avoid sticking, make sure the cake is fully cooked. As the cupcake cools, it should pull away from the paper allowing the paper to peel easily.
