From the package, the Bras looked flimsy but they actually exceed my expectations. Comfortable, flattering beneath clothing and a lot more support than I expected. I even ran in place to see if I could use them for my cardio days. My Cardio Bras are expensive but the support is phenomenal, so I bought these to look cute during strength training. I'm impressed. They really gave me a boost of confidence. I hope they stand up to the washer & dryer.This is the second set I bought from Amazon and from them. First ones fit great this set was a little small (I vary well could of packed on a few pounds so could be just me)Enough support for walking or hiking but would need more support for running. The pads inside move around a lot but better than not having them so you can cover up when you get coldI've been looking for a comfortable but flattering sports Bras and these are it! After literally going through 15 different brands and types these are perfect. Highly Recommend and great color options for everyday use with casual or work clothing too.The best no wore bra I’ve ever worn! I love these! Comfortable, breathable, stretchy and supportive! Flattering and wash great. I might be ordering more of these in another color!These are great when I work out and support my chest pretty well overall (I’m typically a 36C cup size and I got an XL) However probably not meant for those that do heavier workouts like running, sprinting, jumping rope, etc. My only complaint is that the outline of the insertable pads can be seen, it doesn’t look as seamless as I had hoped for. Other than that, it gets the job done.I really like the way my chest fits in it, no weird pointing pads going opposite directions but I ordered a size up, XL, and it still cuts into my shoulders and is tight so I would recommend ordering a size larger at leastThese are my favorite sports bras that I've ordered but I order the pink, black, green and blue pack and the green looks like a sky blue and then you get the darker blue so now I have 2 blues when I wanted green lol oh well
