They don't stick and are made easy to grip.I was looking for disposable cups that were affordable, performed and classy for the office, happily this purchase fit what I was looking for.The insulation works well, and the plain look is classy.No lids, but not a downside for me I found my office really didn't use them anyway.Great 16 oz size.I will be making this a subscribe and save item!12 oz is great. I order over and over.The product was left on my steps during massive flooding. It was covered in cow manure from the flood. I was denied the ability to return or replace my items. Basically $100 .00 was thrown away on cups that can't be used.The cups were exactly what I thought they would be.best cups ever
